Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) P-roposed is the conversion of a residential unit into a retail area, general character of area is not affected. other residential units have been converted in the past. 2) No traffic increase, type of use (florist) not considered a high traffic generator. 40 trips per day expected. 3) Use should have no adverse impacts on existing or planned municipal facilities. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
