On the 13th of Augusts 1990 the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of The Williston
Corporation, Do-sglas Lawson, 3062 Williston. Road based on the
following facts and findings:
1) P-roposed is the conversion of a residential unit into a
retail area, general character of area is not affected. other
residential units have been converted in the past.
2) No traffic increase, type of use (florist) not considered a
high traffic generator. 40 trips per day expected.
3) Use should have no adverse impacts on existing or planned
municipal facilities.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
Stipulation: That an t use (other than flar3st) is sub3ect
