On the 13th day of May, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Stephen
Whittlesey, Attilio Bonfant.i, 358 Dorset Street, based on the
following facts and findings:
1) APPellant estimated 5 to 6 vehicles during the peak hours.
2) Retail use will not differ from the previous uses of this
structure.
3) The essential character will not be affected by this oze at
the present time.
4) Law impact of existing municipal facilities.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appel,lant''s
request- for a Conditional Use is hereby approved.
Stipulation: That the proposed use be subject to a one year
review by the Board, and e secon use of the building is sub-
