On the 10th day of June, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Hoard
of AdJustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Brian &
Annette Benedict, 4 1by Street based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Existing garage is presently non complying and in bad disre-
pair.
2) The proposed structure will c,nly improve the character of the
area.
3) Physical size of the lot restricts placement of the garage.
4) Side yard setback remain the same, represent the minimum
variance.
