HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-91-0000 - Decision - 2500 Williston RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the Sth day of April, 1991 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Patricia Calkins and Gavin Felix, 2500 Williston Road on the following facts and findings: 1) The impact on traffic would be minimal given the nature of the business. 2) The character of the area generally industrial and retail will not he affected. 3 ) No impact on municipal facilities is expected, water and sewer are available, 4) Meets all other bylaws under the zoning regulations. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request for a conditional use is hereby approved. Chairman of the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment
