Re: Findings of -Fact, application of Business Systems of
Vermont, Brad Rabinowitz, agent for a 4960 square foot
addition to the existing building at 80 Farrell Street
On the 8th of Julv 1986 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved ofxxotvKXX0txthe
request of Brad Rabinowitz
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is from an existing driveway to
the front parking lot and from a new curb cut to the rear
lot and service area.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - A new 18 foot wide driveway is
shown parallel to the street. Seven new parking spaces
back into the driveway. A new parking and service area is
located at the east end of the building for a total of 22
spaces.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $_9050 landscaping bond shall
be posted prior to permit. Hay bales and seeding shall be
placed on the side to prevent erosion during and after
construction.
4 OTHER - A drop inlet shall be installed in the 1arkinq
lot opposite the one on Joy Drive and piped into it to
intercept a large portion of the site runoff- A
depressed concrete curb shall be installed across the
new entrance and at the widening of the existing entrance
The building permit shall be obtained within months or
this approval is null and void
