DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 13th day of June, 1994, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Burlington
Indoor Tennis Center, Sherwood Daniels, 80 Farrell Street based
on the following facts and findings:
1) The appellant is requesting to convert an existing warehouse
into a multi purpose gymnasium and establish recreational
programs for kids.
2) Excellent use of the property with no increase in the
building footprint.
3) No adverse impact of city services, sewer and water usage
should not be affected.
4) No additional traffic impact is projected, adequate off-
street parking is provided.
5) Only interior renovations are required to convert the use.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request
