DECISION & FINDING OF FACT

On the 7th day of October , 1985, the South Burlington
Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of
Webster Thompson, Blodgett Supply, 75 Farrell Road _
based on the following facts and findings:
1) Area in auestion was zoned Commercial II District from Commercial
I District by the Planning Commission and City Council to allow
for use of this type.
2) The character of this area is generally undeveloped, provisions
have been completed to protect the residential area which abuts
this property.
3) Applicant projects total traffic of approximately 22 trip ends daily.
4) All other by laws in effect are in compliance.
5)
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request
for a Mp)q(p:Xy/conditional use is hereby approved/x�
