Re: Findings of Fact, application of Peter Bergh for Twin Oaks
Fitness Center, for a 3192 square foot addition to existing
building at 75 Farrell Street.
On the 12th of April 1988, the South Burlington Planning
Commission approved the request of Peter Bergh for site plan
approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning
Regulations based on the following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access shall remain from the existing curb
cut on Farrell Street.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate provided
the turning radius within the parking lot is increased for fire
access. This requires not striping 2 parking spaces on the
western end of the middle parking area. These spaces may be
required at a later date if deemed necessary by the City Planner.
LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: An $8000 landscaping bond shall be
posted prior to permit.
4. The building permit shall be obta'ned within 6 months or this
approval is null and v d.
