In re: Site Plan consideration on the Proposal of Mr. Bensen
Or, December 10, 1974 the South Burlington Planning Com-
mission approved the site plan for the construction of two
platform tennis courts to be constructed on the Cross Courts
property, 70 Farrell Road. Approval was subject to the receipt
of a landscaping plan to be submitted by 11,41r. Bensen.
On December 19, 1974 the Commission reviewed the land-
scaping; plan, as submitted, and . . . accept(ed) the landscaping

plan for the platform tennis courts and that a bond be posted
with the City Manager in the amoun of 30.20.
