On the 22nd of November 19 83 , the
South Burlington Planninq Commission approved or xdm&V&A
request of Olympiad, 70 Farrell Road
for site plan under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
the
1 o TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access to remain as is - location not a problem
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Additional 48 spaces proposed to handle
peak hour over crowding. No parking on Farrell and Joy Drive is being
considered.
