Re: Findings of Fact, application of John and Joyce Belter for
revised Final Plat approval to adjust the rear lot lines of lots
10-19 of the 36 lot single family subdivision known as White Rock
Point.
On the 28th of July, 1992 the South Burlington Planning Commission
approved the request of John and Joyce Belter for revised Final
Plat under Section 204 of the South Burlington Subdivision
Regulations based on the following findings:
1. The purpose of this revised final plat is to have the Planning
Commission approve some minor changes to the 36 lot subdivision
which were made to satisfy conditions by the Act 250 permit. This
subdivision was originally approved by the Planning Commission on
July 26, 1988 and a two ( 2 ) year extension to this approval was
granted on 8/27/91.
2. The major change involves the reduction in size of lots #11 -
19 by moving the property lines back from the Winooski River so
they no longer extend to the waters edge. All affected lots will
still meet the minimum requirements.
