DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nr1 day of August P 198 8 , the South
Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding
the appeal of C;ar�z Riggs, lot 417, Ethan Allen Drive
based on the following facts and findings:
1)The general c4aracter of the area is developing into more
than one use per building. Buildings are being condoized
and used for start up type businesses.
Z) -Uses proposed for this building will be permitted uses only
with no outside storage.
3) Being a newly developed industrial park, this proposed should
not have an adverse affect.
