Re: Findings of -Fact, application of Julian Goodrich, agent
for Onion River on lot #11, Ethan Allen Farms
On the 16th of December 19_86 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved XXXOANiAoXthe
request of Julian Goodrich. agent
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is approved from two curb cuts on
Ethan Allen Drive. One serves the parking lot the other
serves the truck dock onlv.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Parking spaces shall be 9 x 18
feet with a 22 foot aisle for circulation. A five foot treed
buffer shall be planted along the easterly property line.
The plans shall be revised prior to permit.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $2280 landsca-ping bond shall
be posted prior to permit. The landscaping plan shall be
posted prior to permit. The landscaping plan shall be revised
prior to permit to include large trees in location approved by
the Citv Planner
4. A site drainage plan shall be submitted to the City Engineer
for approval prior to permit. The building permit shall be
obtained within 6 months or this approval is null and void.
