DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 21st day of November, 1994 the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of James
Carlson, d.b.a. Swedish Pit, 88 Ethan Allen Drive based on the
following facts and findings:
1) The applicant is requesting approval to operate a auto repair
shop and a second use i.e., warehousing/distributing facility and
or contractor business.
2) General character of the area is developed with similar type
uses.
3) No adverse impact on municipal facilities.
4) Traffic generated by proposed uses are not projected to be a
problem.
5) Meets criteria setforth under conditional use review.
Based upon the above fac findings the appellant's request
for a conditional use is = avanted.
