Meeting was called to order 5:35PM
Minutes approved as written
Discussion about possibly changing the distance when scoring the matrix, however when scoring it included much more than just
distance. Consideration made to also score natural sound buffer, shrubs and visual.
It was decided and approved by members present to use the current matrix for the presentation.
Group reviewed the DRAFT presentation for City Council and decided there was a lot of information and it needed to be more concise
and move talking-points around. The presentation should be 40-45 minutes with opportunity for questions and answers.

Barb offered to work with Maggie & possibly Katie next week on Power Point to have ready for Task Force meeting
