Attendance: Maike Uetzmann, Linda Chiasson, Katie Lenox, Elizabeth Walker-Bennett, Barb Sirvis, Maggie Leugers,and Paul Connor

Meeting started 5:35PM
Matrix update was presented by Paul Connor
Shelburne-doing criteria review and are submitting to their town council soon.
Discussion with group about refining matrix, and being put onto City Council agenda for review. Important they givefeedback and is task force is on the right track. Would like to be put onto city council agenda for March 19, 2018 topresent.
Discussion on sites, scoring criteria, and additional properties to score through matrix.
Reviewed Dog Ordinances and discussion of city’s animal control officer’s ability to inforce due to limited contracted
hours allotted. Group suggested inviting animal control officer or possible police chief to next meeting. They could alsobe helpful with matrix criteria.
Suggested by group to have map of all parks and other properties for consideration ready for next meeting.
