1) No changes to the agenda.2) Change made to the Underwood Matrix where we had specified saving $200,000 for poten al work in the futureto $185,000.3) The group went through the matrixes and made several adjustments. We started with Underwood since we feltwe need to give it more me. Discussion ensued and items were deleted, shi ed. Issues arose from trying todefine items on the Priority 2 & 3 sec ons since the Master Plan has not been done yet for Underwood Property. There are s ll many unanswered ques ons and the sugges ons we came to from the” Visioning Group” was tokeep items listed but con ngent on the Master Plan.4) Per sugges on from Glenn- we went through and re-evaluated all the matrixes, (he had re-evaluated the matrixesand the total dollars we were looking at). Further re-vamping, dele ng and reconsidering le us with the Priority1 list for each park where we wanted it and the funds to cover the items. Priority 2 lists we put in order ofpreference, to be done based on what we hope will be funds not previously accounted for, (es mated around$500,000).5) Glenn has been working on how we can present our work to the City Council, and we will need to start workingon this.
