DECISION & FINDINGS OF FACT
On the 22nd day of May, 1989, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Kenneth
Smith, 81 Ethan Allen Drive based on the following facts and
findings:
1) General character of the area, being industrial type uses,
will not be affected.
2) Not more than twenty vehicles expected, traffic should not
create a problem.
3) Reasonable uses proposed for this property.
4) No adverse affects on municipal facilities.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use is hereby granted.
Stipulations:
That the Board conduct padministrative review on any futuretenants.
