CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON
On the 12th of August, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Peter Val
Preda, d.b.a. Budget Rent-A-Car, 700 Airport Parkway based on the
following facts and findings:
1) Lot size and irregularity creates need for variance.
2) Adjoining properties Burlington Airport, addition not visible
from street.
3) Hardship created by others, irregular shaped parcel.
4) Addition represents the minimum variance given the use.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
