Brown and Brown, lot #3 of Berard, Ethan Allen Driye for an 11,500 square foot building for the Diesel Doctor On the 24th of September 19_85__, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Anderson, Brown & Brown, Berard lot #3 for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the folloviing findings: 1 TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is through a 24 foot wide drive- way shared with lot #2 2. CIRCULATION AIND PARKING - Circulation is adequate. Twenty two spaces are shown. 3. L 1,NDSCAPING & SCREi NING - A $6450 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. 4. OTHER - A drainage plan shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to permit. 5.
