South Burlington Planning Commission approved the
request of —Allan and Ri, p Bcrard
for site plan ab� oval under Section 19.lQ
Of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC :=.CCESS - Access is from a 24 foot wide driveway.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - A gravel parking area will be
provided. Seven spaces are required; four are provided in
front, the rest in the rear.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $1500 landscaping bond shall
be posted_prior to permit. Landscaping will be revised to
show additional higher quality plantings in the front yard
and will be approved by the Planner prior to permit.
4. OTHER - Storm water handling method shall be shown on the
plan and will be approved by the City Engineer Prior to permit.
On.site septic system shall be relocated for future street
connection and to meet State requirements; it shall be approved
prior to permit by the City Engineer.
5. Building permit shall be obtained within 6 months.
