DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 13th day of December 1993, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Arthur
Shields, 70 Ethan Allen Drive based on the following facts and
findings:
1) The applicant is requesting permission to occupy an existing
structure (6000 square feet) as a county facility d.b.a.
Chittenden County Sheriff Department.
2) This proposal is consistent with the general character of the
area.
3) The proposed use is expected to generate less traffic than
prior use.
4) No adverse impact on municipal or educational facilities.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request
