DECISION & FINDING OF FACT

On the 12th day of April, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of The Davis
Company, Derrick Davis, 10 Farrell Street, South Burlington,
Vermont based on the following facts and findings:
1) Appellant request to alter an existing approval allowing for
additional uses which are conditional uses within the
district.
2) Trip ends seem to be lower than allow by I.T.E standards.
3) Character of area not affected, adjoining properties being
correctional center and wooded areas.
4) Proposed uses compatible with existing uses.
5) No adverse affect on planned or existing city facilities,
sewer and water available.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
