HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-92-0000 - Decision - 0010 Farrell StreetSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 13th day of July, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Ten Farrell Street Associates, 10 Farrell Street on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant requesting to occupy an existing 26,000 square feet structure with a multiple use. Both uses as proposed are considered low traffic generators. 2) Impact of proposed uses is less than the previous manufacturing facility. 3) General character of the area should not be affected by the proposed use. 4) No adverse impact on municipal facilities, water and sewer connected to the building. Stipulation: That storage of vehicles in repair be within the easterly parking lot and shall be limited to no more than five vehicles at any one time.
