DECISION & FINDING OF FACT

On the 12th of August , 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of L&M Park,
Gerald Milot, Shelburne Road based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Schools, sewer, landfill not adversely affected.
2) Traffic management authority being created as a condition of
permit.
3) Project will be screened, essential character of neighborhood
not affected.
4) Planning Commission and Act 250 permits have been granted.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
Stipulation: Retail uses are ubject to administrative review by
the Zoning Board.
