CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is adequate. Parking will be in six gravelled spaces. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - An $1800 landscaping bond shall e poste prior to permit. The plan shall be amended to designate an area not to exceed 600 square feet for out- side storage. The landscaping plan shall be revised to screen this area. The septic shall be located for future connection to the street. The new inlet on Ethan Allen Drive shall be City standard. The building permit shall e obtained within 6 months.
