Re: Findings of Fact, application of Rene Berard. for NETC
Livestock Fence Company for a 3200 square foot building on
lot #2 of Ethan Allen Farm Industrial Park, Ethan Allen Road
(Belters lots)
On the 22nd. of October 19_L�__, the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved xk-AT{l the
request of Rene Berard
for site p an approval under Section _19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access will be from Ethan Allen Drive
from a 30 foot wide curb cut.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is adequate. Parking
will be in six gravelled spaces.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - An $1800 landscaping bond shall
e poste prior to permit. The plan shall be amended to
designate an area not to exceed 600 square feet for out-
side storage. The landscaping plan shall be revised to
screen this area. The septic shall be located for future
connection to the street. The new inlet on Ethan Allen
Drive shall be City standard. The building permit shall
e obtained within 6 months.
