Re: Findings of Fact, application of Robert�Shand for
Vermont Custom Sheet Metal on lot 41, Ethan Allen Drive
(Belter Industrial lots)
On the 8th of October 19 85 _, the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved oAKxdvaivd the
request of John Trevithick, agent
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1,, TRAFFIC ACCESS - The driveway shall be at least 20 feet
in width with 10 foot turning radii. The driveway to the
rear gravelled area shall be at least 18 feet in width.
Access is from Ethan Allen Drive.
2. CIRCULATIUN AIND PARKING - Circulation is adequate. Five
parking spaces are provided.
3. Lr.NDSCAPING & SC'riEi:NING - A $2400 landscaping bond shall
be posted prior to permit.
4. OTHER: The driveway shall require a culvert. The entire
lot, especialTy at the intersection shall be mowed at least
once a year. The septic shall be located for future hook-
up to the street. The building permit shall be obtained
within 6 months.
