DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 23rd day of September , 1985 , the South Burlington
Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of
Roger Olson and Kit Zokowski, 206 Airport Parkway
based on the following facts and findings:
1) Lot in question contains one acre with 125 feet frontage.
2) Two-family dwelling is a permitted use.
3) Proposal is to convert the garage into a studio apartment
containing 360 square feet.
4) No change to the character of neighborhood is expected.
5) Efficiency apartment will have even less of an effect on the
neighborhood.

Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request
for a varianceAY MKE=Ja(MX?A is hereby approved/ ckeq*.
Stipulations:
No more than two persons occupancy of the proposed apartment without
increasing the size.
