CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON
On the 14th day of August, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of
Jeffrey & Nancy Pascoe, 62 East Terrace on the following facts
and findings:
1) Applicant proposing a day care of 12 children, 2 children
will be applicant's. Age of children 2-6.
3) Property when occupied as a residential use generated more
traffic than the proposed day care center.
4) Abutting neighbors support this proposal.
5) Stipulation will provide for a review of the use.
Stipulation: Board to review this approval within one year of
this date.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant is hereby
granted a conditional uses ,
