The South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold o public hearing of the

South Burlington City Offices, Conference Room, 1175 Williston Rood, South
Burlington, Vermont on Wednosday._Octobor 6, 1971 at 7:30 p.m, to consider
the following: -'
#1 Appeal of Roland W. Wilbur soaking a variance from Section 6.40, Yard
Roquiroments of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is for permission
to construct an addition, 18' x 16' within 10 feet of the northerly side line at 10
East Terrace.

2 Appeal of Wayne W. Jameson seeking, a variance from Section 6.40, Yard
Requirements of the South- Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is for permission
to construct an attached garage, 24 foot by 20 foot, within five (5) feet of the
easterly side lot line. To construct an addition 24 foot by 28 foot within twenty-
four(24) feet of the required rear yard, at 19 Forest Street.
#3 Appeal of Normand R. Lavoie seeking a variance from Section 6.70, Acces-
sory building requirement of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is
for permission to construct a gorage, 24 foot by 24 foot, within the required front
yard at, 1480 Hinesburg Road.
#4 Appeal of Robert Torjolian seeking a variance from Section 7.80, Sign Re-
quirements of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is for permission
to erect a free standing sign, containing thirty-two (32) square feet at T.P. Motors,
Inc., 2020 Shelburne Road.
#5 Appeal of Gary L. Gray soaking a variance from Section 7,10, Uso Regulo-
tions of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is for permission to
construct a building, 30 foot by 94 foot, for use as an automotive sorviYo tooter
on a parcel of land located south of 1242 Shelburne Road.
#6 Appeal of Orrlll Martin socking a variance from Section 8.80, Sign Require-
monts of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is for permission ,tq
erect an additional facade sign, 15" x 15' in size, at,Childron's, World, Inc.,
1690 Williston Road.
#7 Appeal of Karl C. Ashline seeking a variance from Section 6,40, Yard P.
quimments of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is for pormission
