DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the _gird day of SPntPmhPr , 198 5 , the South Burlington
Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of
Vitas—& Mirhael Franco, 120 Airport Parkway
based on the following facts and findings,:
1) Lot in question contains one plus acres with twenty eight feet
frontage on Airport Parkway.
2) The appellant is requesting to construct a single-family dwelling
using the twenty eight feet as a private driveway
3) No additional frontage is available to the appellant at this
time.
4) Irreaularly caused by construction of street.
5) Access is only available through the twenty eight feet frontage.
6) The character of the area will not be altered.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request
for a varianceXMMMOXXXMMXX use is hereby approved/UK39XX
