Appeal of William Ladd, 61 Airport Parkway
The area in question is zoned Residential 4 District - the dwelling
in question is non -conforming to the dimensional requirements
(Section 11.00). The minimum sideyard required is fifteen (15)
feet - existing sideyard is 10 feet. Ladd's propose. an addition
14' x 20' to the rear of the dwelling, maintaining the same side
yard.
