Re: Findings of Fact, application of Joseph Chastona
for construction of four apartments and a real estate ofticp at
orset Street.
On the 25th. day of October 19 77 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or: fi%d the
request of ";r. Robert Perry, Agent
for Site Plan approval under Section itn 70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS Distance of curb cut from nearby intersection
is maximized; sight distance is adequate.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING -Adequate circulation area;
number of spaces meets requirements of the ordinance
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING Conforms to ordinance requirements

On the 25th. day of October 19 77 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission a rove or �dthe
request of _,Mr. Robert Perry, Agent
for Site Plan Aooroval under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations subject -to the
following conditions:
1. Storm drainage and seder hookup shall be reviewed and
approved by the City Engineer.
2. A landscaping bond of $2,555.00 shall be posted; credit
for existing vegetation shall be determined by the Planting
Review Committee, after construction.-
A triangular area of land at the northern extremity of the
property, not to exceed 201 of Frontage on Dorset Street, shall
be deeded to the city for possible -widening of the 1-159 approach
to the intersection.
4. This approval shall expire 6 months fxom this date
5. The following are to be resolved by the City Engineer:
a) possible shift of curb cut to the south property line,
which could be shared by abuttor.
�) size of triangular area to be dedicated for road widening
c) extension of sidewalk
