HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-86-0000 - Decision - 0575 Dorset StreetFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN o CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON�p Re: Findings of Fact, application of the South Burlington Water Department, for a 3600 square foot addition to City Hall, 575 Dorset Street. On the 18th of November 1986, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of the South Burlington Water Department (Catherine Peacock, Chairman) for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access shall remain from Dorset Street. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: The circulation shall continue around the building. Parking spaces are adequate. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A $5900 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit to be used on landscaping the City Hall parking lot after Dorset Street is widened. After one year, the Planner shall review the storage area to determine if additional screening is needed.
