Re: Findings of Fact, application of City of South Burlington
On the 24th of April 1980 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or cid the
request of City of South Burlington
for Municipal Building _ _ _ under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - At municipal parking lot, north entrance shall
align with high school and south entrance shall be 100 feet from
Hurley property to allow for future connection (re stipulation #3,
Hurley application, 3/13/79)• Pedestrian crossing light shall be in-
stalled when needed.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING-
75 spaces in
public parking
lot is
adequate. Additional parking
north of the
building is for
police
and fire use.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING- Landscaping details shall be submitted.
It is assumed that total landscaping will be equivalent to landscaping
formula(1-3%) for cost of the building.
