STIPULATION AND/OR FACT FINDING
SOUTH BURLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING
For the Site Plan application of the City of South Burlington for a ne
municipal building containing City Hall, Police and Fire Department office,
as depicted on a plan entitled "South Burlington Municipal Center," last revised
4/29/80 and prepared by Wiemann-Lamphere:

�.J,. The southerly access shall be relocated to serve both the municipal building
and to allow for connection to the adjacent Hurley property. The City shall
construct the connecting access and shall close the current access to the Hurley
property when and if traffic conditions warrant.
`. A second entrance to the municipal office parking lot shall be aligned with
the southerly entrance to the high school. The City shall install a pedestrian
crossing light near those entrances when traffic conditions warrant.
A plan of record, including landsca ing and drainage details and access
