The South Burlington Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing at the South Burlington High School, Cafeteria #2,
Dorset Street, South Burlington, Vermont, on Tuesday,
August 12, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following:
1. Appeal of Jere S. Meserole, Treasurer of Lakelands Corpora-
tion, Burlington, Vermont, for approval of a proposed subdivision
development of a parcel of land located between the railroad on
the east and the lake on the west and known as the former
Bartlett property on Shelburne Road. The appeal is for permission
to construct condominium housing, as shown on plans on file at the
Town Manager's office.
2. Appeal of Ray Unsworth of South Burlington, Vermont, for
approval of a proposed subdivision development on a parcel of
land located between 71 and 97 Hinesburg Road, as recorded in
Volume 85, page 377 of the South Burlington Land Records. The
appeal is for permission ;to construct a proposed town house
complex of 30 units as shown on plans on file at the Town
Manager's office.

former Bartlett property close to the foot of Allen Road. The
property involved lies on the West Side of Route 7 between
Shelburne Road and Shelburne Bay.
This zoning request specifically involves only the unzoned
"Planned District" which lies between the Rutland ?railroad and
the lake.
In that all similar contiguous property in Bartlett's Bay to
the north and Pine Haven shores to the south is zoned "Residence
District B", I respectfully request that this unzoned area be
identically zoned.
