It would appear that this is a `ib-division of land
which would therefore require Planning Commission
approval and would have to meet subdivision regulations.
I would suggest therefore that your next step would be
to submit plans f the use. f the land to the Planning
Commission.
Mr. Szymanski, the town engineer, submitted a report to
me in which he states that this building could create
seriou4iproblems with respect to drainage and also felt
that a iderable site preparation such as muck removal
would hiLve to be done before the land could adequately
support a building foundation. This report is on file
at the town office.
