A. The Agency of environmental Conservation herewith submits the following
with respect to the above application:
1. A public: building approval, as required by 18 V.S.A., Chapter 25,
has been issued by the Division of Environmental Protection.
2. Testimony should be obtained from the District Highway Engineer
as to whether the proposed project will, or will not, cause
up -reasonable highway congestion, or unsafe conditions, with
respect to use of the highways existing, or proposed.
B. 'zhe Agency takes no position, either in favor of or in opposition to
the proposed development.

I have reviewed the Hinesburg Road shopping center
plan and have the following comments:
i. A turning lane to entrance should be included,
also an island to separate the entrance and exit.
2. The entire parking area should be curbed.
3. Relocated storm drain shall be 36" concrete or
estoes-cement pipe.
.4. Sewer shall be connected to existing connections
on Hinesburg Road or northerly to existing sewer
serving the Bolton Block.
