DECISION FINDING Q FACT
On the loth day of September,-1990, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Paul
Landerl, 1399 Airport Drive based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Expansion with a variance is reasonable use of the property
and is typical in the neighborhood.
2) Best possible layout, addition maintains same roof line.
3) The owners did not design nor build the house.
4) No change is usage of property, no effects to existing
properties.
Based upon the above stated facts -and findings the appellant's
request for a variance,,Iq hereby approved.
