of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCFS S - Dorset Street access to be closed. Wide curb
opening on San Remo Drive to remain.
2. CIRC:ULATION AIZ PAhKING - Circulation will be one-way counterclockwise.
Display areas in front and on the side. Parking areas on the side and
behind the building.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREFNING - 35 bushes to be planted along front and at
two corners on San Remo Drive. Area to be covered with bark.
