DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 13th day of March, 1995 the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of John Kennedy and
Terrence Leary, 364 Dorset Street based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Applicant is requesting to convert existing retail space into
additional seating area (322 square feet) maximum of 12 seats.
2) Additional 26 peak hour trip ends are expected. Traffic impact
should not have adverse impact.
3) Proposed second entrance to south side of building should
improve traffic flow from parking area located on south side of
lot.
4) Additional sewer and water services required will not have any
adverse impact.
5) General character of area will not be affected. Applicant
proposes to relocate employee parking to rear of lot.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request for
a conditional use is hereby granted.
