DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT

On the 24th day of January, 1994 the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Lynn
Charlier, d.b.a. Park & Travel, 1392 Airport Drive based on the
following facts and findings:
1) Applicant is requesting approval for a multiple use on a
property located within the airport industrial district. The
existing use being residential and the proposed use being airport
transient parking.
2) The transient parking is a permitted use, keeping the
residential unit maintains the residential character of the area.
3) Traffic as proposed is not a major increase to the general
area. Addition of 40 spaces provides parking for peak weekends.
4) Stipulating a condition that 40 cars approved for valet
parking upon presentation of a revised plan.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request
for a conditional use is hereby granted.
