Proposed use beauty salon is permitted (Section 11.10 Permitted
uses, sub section 11.102 retail business).
Section 19.104 Landscape requirements, Sub section B "not more
than 30% of required front yard shall be used for driveway and
parking". Proposed 48% involves widening the driveway to 20
feet.
Section 18.00 minimum setback (sub section 18.101) 50 feet from
right-of-way. Existing setback 15 feet.
Proposed to convert single-family dwelling into a beauty salon.
Back yard will be gravelled for parking area.
