(5:05-5:40) Director’s Report: Holly · Holly submied a separate detailed report. · Budget Schedule · 11/5 - Holly will share with commiee · 11/19 - Agenda Item · 12/17 - City Council presentaon (please aend) · Dog park discussion · Under consideraon are Red Rocks, Underwood, and Wheeler Homestead Moon: Glenn moved to accept the dog park recommendaons as described by Park Director Holly Rees as to which parks are suitable and unsuitable locaons. Mike seconded the moon and all were in favor. The SB Dog Park Commiee will be advised of these recommendaons. (5:40-6:00) City Center Community Center at 180 Market Street · Jennifer provided informaon regarding city progress on this project. · Two informaonal sessions have been held with another tomorrow at Orchard School; please aend if you can. · Vong is on 11/6 and early vong starts very soon. · Informaon can be found on the City Website “180 Market Street”. · New brochures will be available on Friday; schedule with Holly to pick them up hp://www.southburlingtonvt.gov/residents/city_center_f_district/sobu_spaces_2020.php (6:00-6:45) Proposal For Indoor Acvity Recreaon Space Kevin Dorn and Dave Kaufman updated the Commiee on the latest indoor acvity recreaon space proposals. (6:45-6:51) Liaison Reports Jennifer advised that budget review, facility design, open space study, and other maers will mean that sub-commiees will be needed. Members requested that a list of sub-commiees be sent in the near future. · 2018 NRPA Review o Kae, Jon, Paul, Tami - a meeng is needed to review. o Holly will email documents · Commiee members availability o Liz: Nov - April will aend remotely o Paul: Jan - March possibility to be out of town (6:52) Liz moved and Paul seconded to adjourn the meeng.
