(10:00) Jennifer called the mee ng to order
Holly reviewed safety procedures
No changes or addi ons to the agenda
No comments from the public not related to the agenda
(10:05) Advocacy for SoBu Spaces 180 Market Street: Jennifer
The Commi ee reviewed the informa on on the City Website and the dra handouts. Discussion
focused on Funding informa on. Members should think of ways to get the word out: OP, FPF,
warm cha er, etc. Holly will send out the handouts and the phone app. People are encouraged
to write le ers. If you would like second eyes on your le er, see Jennifer, Holly, or Glenn. OP
deadline in Friday at 5:00.
(10:55) CIP: Holly
Discussion of CIP and other financing/budge ng needs more me for discussion. Jennifer
suggested scheduling a separate mee ng (3 hours?) to review the whole of resources, outlay,
process, priori es. Holly reviewed some of the highlights of changes in this CIP.
Note: Even in a separate mee ng, neither of these topics could be covered in the amount of me
they deserve.
