following facts and findings:
1) Appellant requesting to construct two general office
buildings within Central District as part of a larger planned
commercial development.
2) Traffic generated to the location is projected to be level 3
or better. Traffic signal may be installed at a later date.
3) Sewer and water allocation for this project is acceptable and
has no adverse impact on City facilities.
4) General character of the area is projected as a City Center
concept. Uses as proposed are acceptable.
Based upon the above fa and findings the appellant is hereby
granted a conditional lids.
