HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-93-0000 - Decision - 0421 0401 Dorset StreetSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 22nd day of November 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Green Mountain Development Group, 421 Dorset Street based on the following facts and findings: 1) The applicant is requesting permission to construct a 90,000 square foot nursing home in conjunction with a 71,000 square foot of general and medical office area. This proposal replaces an existing approval of a cafe/deli and pharmacy. 2) Character of the area and the compliance to the master plan is favorable. 3) Traffic impact is less than the prior approved plan. 4) The proposed is in compliance with the residential character of the adjoining properties. 5) No adverse impact on municipal or educational facilities.
