Thank you for allowing me to email my concerns about the Kerwin subdivision at 1420 Hinesburg Road, since I am
unable to attend the meeting on February 19.
I am hoping that the 3 new houses, to be built, are all facing Highland Terrace, and will be set back 25 feet from that
road. I believe that is the regulation.
I would like the house nearest my property to be as far away from my property line as possible. I have see houses built
about 10 feet from other property lines and that is not acceptable.
I request NO street light. The light pollution from the 3 house will be bad enough.
Please, do not cut any trees which border my property, even if they are on the Kerwins property. There are 2 box elder
trees that lean into my property. Does that give me partial ownership? Those trees are my privacy shield, and I love
them. Please do not cut them down, as I don't want to have to see the new houses when leaves are on these trees.
I would like to know exactly where the border of my property is. I would probably need to hire a surveyor to mark that
for me. I also want the option to put in a fence along my border with the Kerwins and the new houses. Do I need a
permit for that?
All three houses will need to have wells dug. How will that affect the water table and the rate of water produced by my
well?
Paul, thank you for your phone message and allowing me to email you. Please pass this along to the appropriate people
in time for the Tuesday meeting.
Thank you,
Ann Williamson
