You are received this letter because you participated in the City Council’s public hearing via letter or in person. A note regarding the Interim Zoning application. The enclosed decision represents the City Council’s approval of the project under the Interim Zoning bylaws. Should the property owner choose to proceed with the project, however, they will also be required to obtain approval from the Development Review Board through their review under the Land Development Regulations. Abutting property owners will receive notice of any such hearing before the DRB, and a placard will be placed on the property in advance of the hearing.
